LGBT Qmunity Center Will Host "Holly"Gay Bingo

                You better watch out, you better not cry, and you better not pout I’m telling you why; Santa Claus is coming to town. That’s right, this Saturday, December 10^th, the LGBT Qmunity Center of Montgomery County will host its annual “Holly”-Gay Bingo at the West Over Country Club from 5:30 pm-11 pm. What better way to get into the Holiday spirit than chances to win big money and prizes? Remember Santa is on his way and he will have some amazing prizes in his sleigh when he arrives at the “Holly”-Gay Bingo.

                Not only will there be bingo and amazing raffles, but to top it off, the event will be hosted by the lovely Thunder Showers and Summer Clearance. Throughout the night, you will be entertained by these fantastic drag queens and their spectacular performances. But these two ladies will not be the only ones sharing the stage, there will also appearances by:

•          Morgan Fox
•         Precious Caliente
•          Iada Johnson

Along with this star studded cast, the LGBT Qmunity Center is very excited to announce that “Holly”Gay Bingo will have a special guest appearance by Joey Josephs. Performing in Philadelphia Joey has become a very popular throughout the area. Joey has performed at Teller Auditorium opened the show as Connie Francis, and closed the show as Judy Garland. Other venues included Judy Garland Live at Reading Pride, Cabaret show at Beagle Tavern, and GLBT Relay For Life of South Jersey. This decorated performer is truly a sight to see, having won Miss Venture Inn, Miss Gatsby’s of Cherry Hill NJ, Miss Pennsylvania American Illusion, Miss Gay Pride 1994 and 1995, Miss Lark in 2001, 2002, and 2005. So, do not miss the chance to see Joey Josephs at “Holly”-Gay Bingo!

And for those purchasing tickets online early, you will automatically be entered in the Special Early Elf Raffle where Santa will have a special prize just for you. LGBT Qmunity Center Hosts Beef & Beer

[Bridgeport, PA]—On Saturday, September 24^th the LGBT Qmunity Center of Montgomery County hosted a “Beef and Beer” fundraiser at the Bridgeport Fire House. The night consisted of delicious food and drinks, fantastic raffle prizes, and outstanding entertainment from DJ Party Time. Through the night both members of the nonprofit and the surrounding communities engaged in a night of dancing and comradery while helping promote and fund such a great cause. The event helped benefit and fund the LGBT Qmunity Center’s upcoming events and programs, such as, the Trans Support Group, Youth Programs, Arts and Culture, LGBT Family events, and raising general awareness and support for the LGBT community. Joe Cairo, LGBT Qmunity Center’s President, stated “Tonight was a marvelous success for the group. This will continue to help promote and fund our upcoming events and programs. After tonight I hope to have more continued support from Montgomery County and the surrounding communities to help raise awareness for the LGBT community as a whole.” 

During the night, it was happily announced that the LGBT Qmunity Center will host a Halloween themed event in the coming month. On Saturday, October 29^th there will be a “Masqueerade Bingo” at the Westover Country Club in Jeffersonville, PA starting at 5:30 PM with tickets costing $40 per person.
